This is a massive scandal the likes of which we've never seen asserts Levin. Let's examine this.

Mark Reed Levin is an American lawyer, author, and the host of syndicated radio show The Mark Levin Show. Levin worked in the administration of President Ronald Reagan and was a chief of staff for Attorney General Edwin Meese. He is president of the Landmark Legal Foundation, has authored six books, and contributes commentary to various media outlets such as National Review Online. On September 1, 2015, Levin was named Editor-in-Chief of Conservative Review. (Wiki)

There is a much bigger scandal here, he said.

Was the President of the United States on behalf of Hillary Clinton and the Democrat Party using our Intelligence services with the FISA court, to gather information on their opponents ?

This is a massive scandal the likes of which we’ve never seen, Levin asserts.

Mark Levin, sure is very angry about the surveillance of the Trump administration and he lays the blame squarely on Obama and a concerted effort by the Democrats to take down President Trump.

But he is no less angry with Beltway Republicans for rolling over and playing dead when, in his opinion, they have nothing to apologize for.

According to Levin the firing of National Security Adviser Flynn and the recusal of Attorney General Sessions has done more to weaken the Presidency than anything else. Allegations of nefarious activities by the Obama administration date back to the spring of 2016 culminating in flurry of White House maneuvers in its waning days.

Most notably was a change to make it easier for the NSA to spread sensitive data among other security agencies and a frenzied effort by White House staffers to leave “bread crumbs” to such data within the federal bureaucracy.

WASHINGTON — In its final days, the Obama administration has expanded the power of the National Security Agency to share globally intercepted personal communications with the government’s 16 other intelligence agencies before applying privacy protections.

So where did the “intercepts” reported in the media come from? Here’s just one example:
