While the guardians of Freedom Press slink and sink, the stalwarts in Alternative Press, James Petras, John Mearsheimer and Stephen Walt, Justin Raimondo, Alison Weir, Amy Goodman and scores of others rise above them all!
It’s a shame that high caliber Investigative journalists the likes of James Petras, John Pilger, Jonathan Cook, Justin Raimondo, John Mearsheimer and Stephen Walt, and Alison Weir are effectively kept out of Mainstream Press. Their research and commentary on the “…degree to which Zionofascism has infected the ‘higher’ cultural and journalist circles of the United States….” is most appropriate and spot on! They refer to a cancer which has infected the body of the entire United States of America, and which is being fed and spread by organs such as the New York Times, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, who are vulnerable to pressures of corporate advertising and business, in much the same way the same cancer is being fed and propagated by AIPAC and other K Street lobbying influences in New York.
The only cure for this fatal disease, if it is not already too late for cure, is public education,… dissemination of information, the truth, and the story of what is actually happening in the USA today.
American readership has for long believed everything they read in the Mainstream Media, which is their primary source of opinion and knowledge, like sheep being led to the trough and dipped.
Antiwar.com editor Justin Raimondo writes today, “A recent poll showed most Americans didn’t know enough about Chuck Hagel to have an opinion on his confirmation as Secretary of Defense. You’d never know that, however, with all the drama emanating from Washington on the subject. So did all that sound and fury signify nothing?”
Yes. It is the sheep-dippers, the Fox News Corporations — Rupert Murdoch and controllers of Mainstream Media, who play the tunes to which everyone dances, and if you think that the masses only listen to the MSM, which is a correct assumption, or dance to this Big Band, then you are absolutely correct. Six Corporations own almost all mainstream media, and control what the masses see and hear. Check who owns what here and here. A clear picture emerges from just a brief look.
You cannot change what the owners of MSM publish, or what music the Bandmasters play at this dance, unless you can buy them out, which is unlikely, or offer the sheep a better press and better music, which is why we must develop alternative journals and musical groups, which will draw the public herd of ovine’s away from their normal grazing pastures, which are pretty sere and sterile anyway, for lack of water and nourishment, for the managers were reaping zio bucks and as much benefit and profit without putting anything back into the resources.
Our only chance is to build a better Alternative Media, and not let the Old Council come in!
